12 hisses or Hiss in my ear....

When I saw the verdict I thought I was seeing things and read it wrong then when realizing that no they let her off after everything made my jaw drop and I am still in disbelief of it all...I mean everything that this women did the evidence the fake babysitter the blood in the car the waiting all that time to report her daughter missing while living it up...really...and oh the lies after lies..

You know giving how people are I would not be surprised that the jury just did that to get away from the case...because with me who gives people the benefit of the doubt and do not think someone is guilty right away unless it is proved to me..when she was made guilty before I thought she did it..something about her just screamed she either did it or had a part in it and mostly those feelings I get from people are not wrong..

Oh...wow..legal system at it's best..excuse me while I stare at a wall that makes more sense then this verdict. Sorry about the rant.

No need for apologies. ::offers Zack cookie::

I was sorely tempted to rant myself -- those jurors clearly had their own agendas which did NOT involve justice for a poor murdered 2 year old child.

At least in the OJ Simpson case, the victims' families cared enough for their dead loved ones to fight to get some measure of truth and justice (in the form of civil suits). Unfortunately, no one in Caylee's family was (or is) willing to stand up or seek the truth for her. That was left for caring strangers like the prosecutors and law enforcement.

My only consolation (and hope) is that like OJ Simpson, Casey Anthony (being the narcissistic sociopath that she is) will not be able to stay out of trouble forever and will end up in prison one way or another. >_>

I'm trying not going to brood about this anymore. There's more important (and enjoyable) things in life. ^_^

Yep, I agree wholeheartedly that Casey Anthony will pay her debt to society one way or another. Karma, baby. ^_^v

Miss you tons, Hydra -- any chance you'll be coming to Yaoicon this year? ^_~

Great to hear from you!

No chance of YaoiCon, but I'm headed to Otakon at the end of the month.
